If you are using the Image at starting point then. these plugins will not able to collect the post description properly. So I highly recommend to not use the image at starting of post.
Search Engine Issue
Meta description is so important. Mostly search engines use the first 140 characters as post description. If Meta description not found then search engine will take the first 140 characters from your article post. If you are using the image at starting of post then mostly search engine will not able to take the post or article description properly.
SEO Issue:
Content is more useful for SEO. Your content should be effective. Images are always supportive to your content. Images will give your article more exposure. For SEO images are good but not use image at starting of the post.
Use Images In between the Content
If you want to use the custom images in your article then you should use the images in between the article. If you have multiple images then you should insert images after some content. There should be some description and content after every images.
